Four names on the project. One person did it. You know who did it, because it was you, at three in the morning, while the others "reviewed it", which meant reacting with a thumbs up. Everyone got the same grade. The group chat to plan Dave's birthday dinner has 14 people, 212 messages and no date. Someone has just suggested a different restaurant. Someone else has muted it. Five flatmates stand around the broken boiler. Each of them is waiting for someone else to call the landlord. The boiler is also waiting. The meeting ends with "great, so who's taking this?" Silence. Everyone is suddenly very interested in their own laptop. **Why it caught on:** fans copied Harold from Arató's laptop photo into one picture, a whole room of him smiling at the same screen - which is every team meeting where nobody knows what's going on and everybody nods.
